Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival
From Alaska to Arkansas, the Bronx to the border, people are coming together to confront the interlocking evils of systemic racism, poverty, ecological devastation, militarism and the war economy, and the distorted moral narrative of religious nationalism. We understand that as a nation we are at a critical juncture — that we need a movement that will shift the moral narrative, impact policies and elections at every level of government, and build lasting power for poor and impacted people
ReImagine Appalachia
Reimagine Appalachia was born out of a broad recognition that the economy has not been working for most people and places in the Ohio River Valley. In response, a diverse set of economic, environmental and community leaders, and grassroots organizations, came together to find common ground and build the future we want to see—a 21st century economy that’s good for workers, communities, and the environment.
West Virginia Climate Alliance
Members of the Alliance work together to provide science-based education on climate change to West Virginia citizens and policymakers.
West Virginia Rivers
Our mission is to conserve and restore West Virginia’s exceptional rivers and streams. We value clean water as the foundation of life. We believe that all people should respect and be able to enjoy clean West Virginia rivers and streams. We operate under the premise that inclusive and diverse civic engagement is the key to building political power to affect change.
IE Amplified Orgs
The IE Amplifier Program is a media capacity-building initiative that aims to amplify the efforts of participating organizations across IE’s media ecosystem. Through the IE Amplifier Program, Intersectional Environmentalist designs engaging social media assets, toolkits, videos, and other resources for participating organizations with the goal of connecting people with organizations leading intersectional approaches to environmentalism in their own communities.
